Phil Clifford- President and CEO
Phil’s interest in the telecommunications field led him to learn the business from the ground up and has culminated in 28 years of experience as a leader in the Wireless and Telecom industries. He is a high-integrity, results-oriented innovator with the natural ability to develop relationships, implement exceptional service and instill professionalism throughout the company. His genuine attention to customers, sharing of knowledge and dedication to safety, has led Phil to develop unique business solutions and provide superior products. Through his volunteering, support, and memberships, Phil demonstrates his strong involvement and belief in giving back to the community. He is a former board president for Bridgewell, and is currently a member of the board for Affordable Housing Associates (AHL) of Lynn, MA.
Jennifer Rice- Director of Operations
With her strong management skills and customer-focused orientation, Jennifer was a natural selection to be our Director of Operations. She has over nineteen years of experience in the telecommunications field and leads our service and purchasing teams, turning customer needs into business solutions. Jennifer makes it look easy as she skillfully handles the needs of clients, all jobs, technicians and all components of the Telecom side of Sentenia. Since joining Sentenia Systems twelve years ago, Jennifer has transformed our field, service, and purchasing staff into a cohesive unit that provides superior customer service.
Michael Clifford- Wireless Operations Manager
Michael is the third generation of the Clifford family to join the team at Sentenia and carry on the family tradition. His expertise in communication and keen eye for strategic planning make him a valuable member of our work team. Michael’s responsibilities as Wireless Operations Manager include: safety, quality control, job quoting, supervising crews, managing daily projects and scheduling. He is a natural leader both at on-site projects and outside the office in his role as Head Coach for the Boys Varsity LaCrosse Team at Woburn Memorial High School. Michael also has a Masters in Business Administration from the Van Loan School of Graduate and Professional Studies, at Endicott College. The skills he attained there and in the field have made him an excellent problem solver, who can accurately and thoroughly handle questions and concerns as they arise at any project site.
David Czapiga- Director of Business Development
Dave first joined the Sentenia team as a project manager with extensive experience in the deployment of complex wireless networks for national wireless carriers. His past notable projects include installing new cellular sites at Fenway Park and Logan International Airport in Boston, MA as well as upgrading the DAS (Distributed Antenna System) at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, CT. Now directing business development for Sentenia, Dave leads sales efforts as well as working with project delivery teams to ensure success for our customers and constant improvement to our internal processes. During time away from work Dave enjoys riding his motorcycle and traveling with his wife and two children. Dave is an active member in several industry associations including the New England Healthcare Engineers Society.
Roselynn Fay- Customer Service Executive
Roselynn is Sentenia's front line, handling all the calls that come in daily, while making sure the customers' needs are always met in a timely fashion, with the professionalism our customers have come to expect from a company with decades of experience.
